Rive Di Santo Stefano
Manufacturer: Val D'Oca Valdobbiadene - Italia

This is a Prosecco of the highest class from the heart of Valdobiadene (the most famous and prestigious area in Veneto for Prosecco production).

The Valdobiadenne Prosecco Superiore DOCG appellation was created in 2009 and symbolizes the birthplace of Prosecco.

The vineyards are in the village of Santo Stefano (the designation "Rive" means that it is the best vineyard in the specific municipality (in this case Santo Stefano) and all the grapes come from there.

The DOCG designation on the label means that the grapes must come from the area between Valdobiadene and Conegliano, which is typical for its limestone-rich soils, which are the key to the incredible quality of the wines from this area.

The variety from which prosecco is made is called glera (the new name) or prosecco (this is the old name of the variety).

The wine is Extra Brut, which means it is drier than Brut and contains 2.5 gr of residual sugar/liter. It has strong aromas of apple and white flowers and a rich citrus (orange and lime) taste.

The wine is the winner of many international awards, including 2 glasses of Gambero Rosso.
